To reinforce Sandals as the unparalleled choice for an authentic Caribbean adventure, we knew that every aspect of the creative execution needed to capture the spirit of the Caribbean while resonating with audiences seeking a vacation experience that only Sandals could offer. To do that, we leveraged imagery and crafted narratives that showcased the destinations’ beauty and colorful culture. This way, travelers could put themselves in the story and fully immerse themselves in the journey and the experience.
To further deepen the connection with the Caribbean, “CURATED CARIBBEAN by Sandals” offered a series of magazines that presented the destination through the eyes of locals. This editorial approach provided insider insights into the culture, music, cuisine, and activities unique to each island, promoting an exploratory experience that extends beyond the resort’s boundaries. As a Caribbean family-owned brand with a profound respect for the islands and their communities, Curated Caribbean underscored Sandals commitment to supporting the local cultures on the islands they called home.
Curated Caribbean’s initial release, CURATED CARIBBEAN: Curaçao, was such a big hit, the client wanted even more. After a run of 150,000 sent to top travel partners in North America, Europe, and Latin America, Sandals requested CURATED CARIBBEAN destination-specific magazines for all nine islands where they have resorts.
